Refund & Cancellation Policy

GammaTape is a monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time from your account (Settings → Manage subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you are not charged again, and access remains available until then.

GammaTape is a digital service that starts as soon as you subscribe (or begin a free trial). By starting the trial or paid period you acknowledge that performance begins immediately, which under EU consumer rules means the statutory 14-day withdrawal right may not apply once the service has been supplied with your agreement. We nonetheless review refund requests on a case-by-case basis: email gammatape@gmail.com from the address used for the order, with the reason for your request.

If you are double-charged or notice an incorrect charge, contact gammatape@gmail.com. After verification, the incorrect amount will be refunded.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. The time for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
